Over the many years of developing and Project Managing solutions for clients I found a need for the best way to Project Manage the projects. Many years I followed the Waterfall approach however I found this to be ineffective for both the client and the teams I worked with, so I took what I found to be the best approach and turned it into what I mainly use today.

The method is nowadays based on the Agile Methodology but I like to use the Amber, Red and Green Zones so I named it ARG Agile.

It's a very flexible methodology however keeps the main objectives of Software Development on track. Please review the flows below to take a grasp of what I do.
